The commandment of the laws of inheritance
Positive Numbers 27:8
The mitzvah teaches that the world is in the hands of a Master who watches over all His creatures, and only by His will does each person gain his possessions. God's gift is blessed and meant to last forever, so it is not right for it to end when a person dies; it passes on by itself to his son or daughter, who continue his body. And if he has no children, it rightly passes to his closest relatives, whose merit or good ways may have helped him earn that wealth.

The commandment of the regular sacrifices daily
Positive Numbers 28:2
The offerings are meant to stir our hearts, for a person is shaped by his deeds. Just as a person needs food twice a day, morning and evening, so we were commanded to serve our Creator twice a day, at sunrise and as the sun turns toward evening, so that the servant's work for himself is not greater than his work for his master. All this is to rouse our spirit always to remember our Creator, so that we refine our deeds and merit His goodness.

The commandment of the additional sacrifice of Shabbat
Positive Numbers 28:9
A person is shaped by his deeds, and his thought attaches to something only through action, so we were commanded to perform a special act in honour of the day. Through the additional offering of Shabbat, the greatness and holiness of the day are fixed in our minds, and the truth that in six days God made the heavens and the earth.

The commandment of the additional sacrifice on each and every month
Positive Numbers 28:11
The sun and the moon act upon the lower world through the power God placed in them, and it is well known that the renewal of the moon affects many things on earth, from plants to the human body. So at the renewal of the moon it is fitting for us also to renew, and to bring an additional offering to His name, to rouse our spirit and fix in our hearts that all renewal in the world comes from Him, and that the power of the heavenly spheres comes from God alone. With this pure and true thought our soul is uplifted, and God's blessing rests upon us.

The commandment of the additional sacrifice on the day of the festival of Shavuot
Positive Numbers 28:26
A person is shaped by his deeds, for being made of matter, his thought attaches to something only through action. So we were commanded to bring on the festival of Shavuot a special offering for the sake of the day, that we set our hearts on the greatness and holiness of the day and on the good that God bestowed on us at this time.

The commandment of shofar on Rosh Hashanah
Positive Numbers 29:1
Man, being made of matter, is roused only by something that rouses him, as in war they sound a blast to stir the fighters. Rosh Hashanah is the day on which all the world's inhabitants are judged, so each person must stir his heart to plead for mercy for his sins, and the sound of the shofar greatly stirs the hearts of those who hear it. Moreover, the broken sounds of the teruah remind a person to break the evil inclination of his heart, and the curved shofar of a ram's horn hints to him to bend his heart toward Heaven.
